The present CRMP has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 16/04/2018 passed by this Court in MCRC No.1594/2018. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner claims that, while disposing off the bail application, the crime number for the offence registered under the provision of POCSO Act was not reflected and it was only the crime number pertaining to the offence registered under the provision of IPC has been reflected. 3.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, instead of crime No.03/2018, crime No.511/2017 be modified in the order dated 16/04/2018. 4.

The said prayer has not been opposed by the State counsel. 5.

Accordingly, the order dated 16/04/2018 stands modified to the extent that, the crime No.03/2018 as is reflected in paragraph 1 shall be read as crime No.511/2017.

Let a copy of the order passed by this Court in the present CRMP be made part of the record of MCRC No.1594/2018. 7.
