The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.60/2019 registered in Police Station Narharpur, District North Bastar, Kanker for offence under Sections 363, 366, 376, 450, 344, 376(2)(n) of the IPC, Section 4 & 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 3 (2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'the Act').

2. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is permitted to

withdraw the bail application with liberty to prefer duly constituted Appeal under Section 14-A of the Act.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
