Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board By Virtual Hearing 28/07/2021 This is the third bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was rejected by a detailed order dated 16.01.2020 on merits and thereafter the second bail application was rejected on 16.09.2020 as there was no change in the circumstances. The only new ground which has been raised by the counsel for the applicant is that though the victim has been served summons but is not appearing before the Court for recording her evidence and therefore, there is no likelihood of the early disposal of the trial.

I find no change in the circumstances of the case to entertain the present third bail application at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
