1. This is fourth bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2019 passed in MCRC No. 697/2019 considering the prima facie case against him. His second bail application was rejected by the Registry for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.07.2019 passed in MCRC No. 4619/2019. His third bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.11.2019 passed in MCRC No. 6003/2019 considering prima facie case against him.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that the case is already fixed for accused statement, time may be fixed for conclusion of the trial.

3. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case as soon as possible preferably within two months after resuming the regular work of the Court.
