3. This is the third bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC.

4. Earlier first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15/02/2019 passed in MCRC No.992/2019 considering prima facie case against him. His second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 08/11/2019 passed in MCRC No. 6780/2019.

5. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw the instant bail application. He further submitted that the case is fixed for accused statement, hence time may be framed for conclusion of the trial.
