By order dated 22/08/2015, the Industrial Court has passed an interim order staying the order of E form dated 12/06/2015 passed by Registrar Trade Unions and allowed Mr. P.K. Rai (respondent No.1 herein) to continue as General Secretary of Union to transit business with the bank. 2.
After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the Industrial Court to decide the said dispute within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that the Industrial Court will decide the final dispute independently without being influenced by the observations made by the
Court in the impugned orders dated 27/06/2015 and 22/08/2015 and this Court has also not expressed any opinion on the interim order or the merit of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition is finally disposed of.
