Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the registration certificate of petitioner's vehicle has been cancelled by respondent No. 2 by order dated 18.09.2017 on the ground that tax has not been paid whereas petitioner is ready and willing to pay the tax. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the respondent No. 2 - Additional Transport Officer, Durg who shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation within a period of ten days from today, considering the fact that petitioner is ready and willing to pay the tax payable in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
