The petitioner has challenged the transfer order. 2.

Section 55 sub-section 2 of the Co-operative Societies Act provides adjudication of dispute before the adjudicating authority in respect of the matters relating to the terms of service employment etc. The definition is inclusive one, this obviously includes all disputes arising out of transfer order. Therefore, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending but to dispose off with liberty to raise dispute before the authority challenging the transfer order. In case, the petitioner moves an application for stay, same shall be decided within a period of one week from the date of filing of dispute. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
