1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.134/2020 registered in Police Station Korba Kotwali, District Korba C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 342, 376, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. Applicant and co- accused Kuljeet Sahu have committed

MCRC No. 4148 of 2020 gang rape with the prosecutrix aged about 16 years.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on consideration of the material available in case diary, no case for grant of bail is made out.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected reserving liberty for the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
