(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 15.10.2014 in W.P. (S) No.5451/2014, the petitioner has preferred appeal under Rule 27 of the C.G. Civil Services (Classification Control & Appeal) Rules, 1966 (in short 'Rule, 1966') before the Appellate Authority along with application for grant of stay. He would further submit that the appeal and the stay application both are pending consideration and no

decision has been taken on the application for grant of stay. He also submits that the State Government insisting for filing reply of departmental enquiry first and his appeal is not being decided inspite of the order of this Court dated 15.10.2014 and Appellate Authority has referred the mater to the Secretary, Women & Child Development Department without any consideration.

(2) Be that as it may, the Respondent No.1/State Authority is directed to take decision on the appellant's appeal/application for grant of stay expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order independently. (3) With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
