Shri Adhiraj Surana, Dy. Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 10.05.2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the entry "x" which has been made in the annual confidential report of the petitioner. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that against the said entry the

petitioner has already preferred a detail representation to respondent no.2 but till date they have not decided the representation and the said entry can be detrimental to future promotional prospects of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending and ends of justice would meet if the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to take a decision on the representation so made by the petitioner against entry "x" entered in his annual confidential report of the year 2013-14 and 2014-15. It is ordered accordingly. Let an appropriate decision be taken by respondent no.2 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Bhola
