1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.408/2020 registered in Police Station Civil Line Bilaspur District : Bilaspur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 380, 457 of the I.P.C.

3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicant along with co-accused - Rohit Singh has committed theft of cash, golden mangalsutra and one mobile set worth ₹ 25,000/- from the complainant's Almira.

4. The applicant is in jail since 19.06.2020 and the offence is triable by JMFC. The concerned Police has not reported any previous antecedents of committing similar offence.

5. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

6. Considering all relevant aspects of the matter prayer for grant of bail is allowed. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
