1. In WPC No.3978/2014, the petitioner was allowed to avail the alternative remedy of preferring an appeal under Rule 12 of the Panchayat Shiksha Karmi (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner preferred the appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer (R)-cum-Prescribed Authority, Arang/Abhanpur which was allowed by order dated 6-6-2015.

2. In the present contempt petition, the petitioner would submit that the order passed by the appellate authority on 6-6-2015 is not complied with.

3. The contempt petition is misconceived. The order passed by this Court in WPC No.3978/2014 has been complied with, as soon as, the appellate

authority has decided the appeal preferred by the petitioner. If the appellate order is not complied with, the petitioner may seek his remedy in accordance with law.
