2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.130/2020 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Baloda Bazar, District Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 34 of the IPC.

3. The applicant along with co-accused Maheshwar Tandon in

MCRC No. 4169 of 2020 broad daylight committed loot of motorcycle at about 12.30 p.m. on 22.2.2020.

4. As against this applicant, seven more cases involving similar offence and against the co-accused, 17 more cases of similar and other offences, have been registered.

5. Considering the antecedents, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
