In view of the fact that the similar order as has been assailed in this petition was set aside by this Court in WPC No.1181/2018 (J. K. Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research vs
State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 27.04.2018, which was not interfered by the Supreme Court also in SLP (C) No.15925/2018 and in the said order of the Supreme Court, an earlier order in WPC No.532/2018 has also been referred, the present writ petition stands allowed to the said extent. However, the relief for the present academic session cannot be granted to the petitioner, as the last date for admitting students is already over, but the petitioner's application for grant of approval for the session 2019-20 shall be considered in accordance with law. 2.
