Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board / 0 1 /201 (1) Instant writ petition has been filed for initiating proceedings against the respondent No. 5, who misappropriated the funds under the scheme of providing

Poultry Farm initiated under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the respondent No. 2 within two weeks from today, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three monthsfrom the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation.
