1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of termination issued by the respondent no.2.

2. The said establishment of AIIMS is a notified establishment under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

3. In view of the fact that the establishment stands notified under the Administrative Tribunals Act, the jurisdiction for challenging the order of termination also would lie before the same Tribunal.

4. Reserving the right of the petitioner to file original application before the Central Administrative Tribunal, the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of.
