1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.123/2020 registered in Police Station Bastar, District Bastar for offence under Section 20(b)(II)(c) of the NDPS Act.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed by a detailed order on merits.

3. The applicant was found in possession of 21 kg of Ganja, which is more than commercial quantity.

4. No case for entertaining this repeat bail application is made out. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
