Heard.

Considered the reply filed by the State in which at para 7 it has been categorically prayed that the petition may be disposed of and the respondent may be given liberty to pass fresh order without insisting the impugned order of transfer.

Taking into fact that the respondent-State is not insisting the present transfer order dated 15/10/2015 (Annexure P/1) with respect to the petitioner thereby the order has become non-effective for the petitioner.

Consequently, the petition is disposed of with observation that the respondent may pass fresh order without insisting the impugned transfer order dated 15/10/2015, which is subject of challenge in this petition.
