1. The grievance of the petitioner is that on the death of the petitioner's father in the year 2012, the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment was kept alive till he attain the age of majority and also attain the minimum educational qualification, which he has done in the year 2015-16 and thereafter he had moved a fresh application for compassionate appointment, which is under consideration before the authorities, but no decision has been taken by the authorities concerned till date.
2. Given the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.3 &
4 to ensure that the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment is considered and decided at the earliest. Needless to mention this Court has not mentioned anything on the merits of the case the authorities concerned would be at liberty to pass an order purely in accordance to the Rules governing the field.
