The challenge in the present writ petition is to the transfer order dated 25/07/2016. The proceedings of the impugned order was stayed by this Court on 27/09/2016.

By the efflux of time the impugned order lost its efficacy. Accordingly,it is ordered that the respondents shall not act upon the impugned order any further. However, the right of the State respondent stands reserved for passing a fresh order of transfer in case administrative exigency so arises. 3.
