Mr. Vivek Ranjan Tiwari, counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent, today, produced an order dated 09.10.2020 passed by the Collector, District Raigarh in respect of the order of this Court dated 02.01.2020 passed in WPC No. 4726/2019. In the light of the order dated 09.10.2020 passed by the Collector, District Raigarh which is produced by the counsel for the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that as of now, the directions given by this Court on 02.01.2020 in WPC No. 4726/2019 stand complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of and the respondent/ contemnor stands discharged from the contempt proceedings. However, the right of the parties stands reserved to take appropriate action consequent to the order dated 09.10.2020 passed by the District Collector, Raigarh. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Khatai
