Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the selection list issued by the respondent No.2 on 17.10.2014 for the post of Store Officer in the Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation Limited, his name is appeared as Sr.No.1 in the OBC category and there has been one post reserved for the OBC category. He would further submit that more than two weeks of declaration of result, no appointment letter was issued and even no communication was issued to the petitioner as such, it is case of inaction. He would further submit that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent No.2 but no order has been passed on his representation till this date.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the respondent No.2 who in turn consider and decide
the same expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. If the cause of action survives, the petitioner is free to approach before this Court.
