Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that final fixation of the petitioner has already been made by the Government vide Annexure-P/3 on 01/05/2014 but the actual benefit has not been granted to the petitioner by the respondent No.3-Deputy Director, Treasury, Account and Pension, Raipur. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.3 is directed to take a decision in the light of order dated 20/08/2014 passed by competent authority within a period of three months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off.
