1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. However, he submits a direction be issued to learned Court below concerned to decide bail application for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing an application for regular bail after his surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant.

3. Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, appellant files application for grant of regular bail after his surrender, learned Court below concerned may decide bail application, if possible, on same day, in accordance with law.
