Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make representation before the Collector, Janjgir-Champa, who is competent authority under the transfer policy. 2.

As the petitioner has filed civil suit in the Court of Family Court, Janjgir-Champa against her husband, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Janjgir-Champa, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law considering her grievances. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit

of the case.
