Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's appeal as well as interim application is pending before the Collector, Baikunthpur and the same have not been decided till this date. 2.

Needless to say that the Collector, Baikunthpur do well to decide the appeal as well as interim application of the petitioner. If the petitioner files an application for urgent hearing along with copy of this order before the Collector, Baikunthpur, he is directed to decide the same expeditiously. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed

off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
