3) The applicant is arrested on 14/12/2020 in connection with Crime No. 897/2020 registered at Police Station Durg Kotwali District Durg (C.G.) for the offence under Section 394 of Indian Penal Code. 4) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. 5) Accordingly, the Second Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
