Agrawal Order On Board By 04/11/2015 (1) According to the petitioner, the impugned order dated 05.03.2014 passed by Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarhis appealable before the appellate authority under Panchayat Services (Discipline and Appeal ) Rules, 1999 and, therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the competent appellate authority. (2) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. In the eventuality of filing any appeal before the competent appellate authority within a period of 15 days, it is expected to be decided by the appellate authority expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law.
