This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved by order dated 06.04.2018 whereby the petitioner's application for diversion of land has been rejected by the respondent No. 3 - Additional Collector, Raigarh.

Learned State counsel would submit that the order passed by the Additional Collector, Raigarh rejecting the petitioner's said application is appealable before the Collector, Raigarh.

Mr. Neeraj Choubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has already filed an application for review before the Collector, Raigarh.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
Since the petitioner has already invoked the review jurisdiction, no interference can be made by this Court at this stage. It is for the petitioner to pursue the said review application before the Collector or proceed further in accordance with law.

Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the counsel for the petitioner on furnishing attested photocopy thereof. 7.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
