The order under challenge is dated 16/07/2018 passed by SDO in exercise of power under the C. G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam 1995.

The petitioner can avail the remedy of appeal against any order passed by the SDO under the Act. The appeal would lie as per rule 3 of Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam 1995, therefore, the petitioner may prefer the appeal if so advised.

2. The certified copy of the order dated 16/07/2018 Annexure (P-6) be returned to the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same.
