1. After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. Prayer is fairly reasonable, accordingly, prayer is allowed.

3. With the aforesaid liberty in favaour of the petitioner the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
