For Non-Applicant : Shri Vikram Sharma, Deputy GA. Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board 02/08/2021 :

1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.137/2021 registered in Police Station: Ratanpur, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 395 of the IPC.

2. The applicants have restrained the complainant and his brother who were moving on a truck and by criminally intimidating them looted documents of the vehicle and Rs.12,000/-.

3. Admittedly, the FIR was lodged against unknown persons and 4

MCRC No. 4213 of 2021 accused persons have already been released on bail by the Sessions Court. The applicants are in jail since 26.3.2021 & 25.5.2021 respectively and charge sheet has already been filed.

4. Considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
