After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the petitioner is at liberty to file application before the Collector, Rajnandgaon, against the order of the Janpad Panchayat within 15 days from today and in such event, the Collector will consider the application and after hearing the parties concerned, will pass a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of application and for three months, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, as ordered by this Court on 17-4-2013.
3. The writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
