Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 17.12.2013 passed by the trial Court was effective only for six months and he is not aware whether any extension of time was granted by the trial Court. He wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition if the impugned order dated 17.12.13 is still in force. 2.
