1. The petitioner has filed this CRMP seeking modification in the order dated 26.06.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3626/2020 with regard to liberty.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in M.Cr.C. No. 3626/2020, order dated 26.06.2020, the application was argued and then it was withdrawn by him with liberty to revive the same after filing of charge-sheet, but due to typographical error, it has been wrongly mentioned as "liberty to revive the same after examination of material witnesses". He also submits that he filed an afÏdavit regarding the same. There is discrepancy with regard to liberty.

3. I have gone through the afÏdavit filed by the applicant and perused the order dated 26.06.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3626/2020, Thus, the error with regard to the liberty is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

4. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order dated

26.06.2020 in question the liberty of filing the same be read as "liberty to revive the same after filing of charge-sheet" instead of liberty to revive the same after examination of material witnesses.

5. The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the copy of order dated 26.06.2020 passed in MCRC No. 3626/2020.

6. With the above modification, the CRMP stands disposed of.

7. Certified copy today itself.
