Heard the petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for restoration of CrMP No.1366/2018. 2.

As per the petitioner, due to bonafide mistake, he could not be represented before the Court when the case was called for hearing.

For the reasons mentioned in the petition, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of CrMP 1366/2018.
