Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 20/11/2015 Heard finally with the consent of learned counsel for the parties. (2) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a direction for early initiation and conclusion of trial. (3) It is argued that Crime No.250 of 2014 has been registered by P.S. Khursipar District Durg against the accused persons for causing abatement of death of petitioner's sister and the charge sheet has already been filed, however, the Committal Court has unnecessarily kept the matter pending.

(4) The petitioner being close relative of the petitioner may appear before the Committal Court and move an application for early hearing on the issue of committal.

(5) On such application being filed by the petitioner along with copy of this order, the concerned Magistrate shall do the needful at the earliest.

(6) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
