2. Vide order dated 08.10.2015, one R.P. Dubey, SDO (Forest) was transferred from Gariyaband to Bemetara, whereas, Petitioner R.C. Meshram, who is also working as SDO(Forest) was transferred from Manpur to Gariyaband. The said R.P. Dubey filed WPS No.3735 of 2015, wherein, an interim order of status quo was passed by this Court on 14.10.2015. By subsequent order dated 16.11.2015 passed by the respondent, the earlier order was amended and the petitioner was transferred from Gariyaband to Korar and

the transfer order in relation to R.P. Dubey was cancelled.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the subsequent order dated 16.11.2015 has been assailed by the petitioner in WPS No.4403 of 2015, wherein, an interim order is operative in petitioner's favour. As a consequence of the said interim order, the petitioner is still continuing at Gariyaband, therefore, the contempt petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all related issues before the writ Court.

4. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
