The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as she has been arrested in connection with Crime No.425/2019 (wrongly mentioned as Crime No.425/2020 in the Trial Court's order sheet), registered at Police Station Champa, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 202 & 120-B of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
