Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is working on the post of Assistant Grade-III in the Office of Block Education Officer, Konta District Sukma and the salary from July-2015 to October-2015 has not been paid to him.

Learned counsel for the respondents/State would submit that decision with regard to disbursement of salary shall be taken within a month. 3.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the
respondents/State, writ petition is disposed of. 4.
The Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department, Raipur is directed to do well to decide the dispute of salary of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
