Class-IV post has been sanctioned by the State Government by order dated 23.4.2011. The grievance of the petitioners are that they are not

being absorbed in the said post.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make the representations before the authority concerned in the light of memo dated 20.1.2015 (Annexure P/5).

The petitioners are permitted to make the representations and in turn, the respondent-authority would consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit. However, it is made clear that this Court has not passed any order/direction for absorption of the petitioners in any post.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
