Order On Board By 11/01/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that that the petitioner has made representation to the Coal India for his inter company transfer from SECL to CCL, Ranchi.
(2) Per contra, counsel for the respondents would submit that the matter has been forwarded by the SECL to the Coal India and the authority concerned will take a decision on the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within two months from today.
(3) In view of the submission made by counsel for the respondents/SECL, it is directed that the authority concerned shall take a decision on the petitioner's representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with applicable prevalent policy.
