Heard The information received from the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Raipur dated 03.10.2017 shows that the appellant has been released on 26.10.2013 after undergoing the entire jail sentence. In view of this, learned counsel for the appellant do not want to press this appeal on merit.
Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
