1. A request letter has been received from the Court of Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, District- Durg, C.G. praying for extension of time limit for disposing off the Civil Suit No.252 of 2019 pending before that Court.

2. This Court had while disposing off the W.P.(227) No.116/2020 vide order dated 04.08.2020, directed the Family Court to dispose off the case within a period of four months.

3. Considered on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D., it is mentioned about the continuation of the pandemic situation and the suspension of functioning of Court, therefore, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made.

4. The time granted earlier for disposing off the case mentioned hereinabove is further extended for a period of 06 months.
