Learned counsel for the petitioner would pray for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal under the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004 before the Collector, Janjgir-Champa. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to prefer an appeal within a period of 30 days from today.
