1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition (criminal) with liberty to file application under

Section 156 (3), 190/200 of the Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional Criminal Court.

2. Liberty is granted, as prayed for. If such an application is moved by the petitioner, the jurisdictional Criminal Court is expected to consider and decide that application/complaint in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition (criminal) stands dismissed as withdrawn.
