This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.65/2020 registered at Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n) of the IPC and Sections 5, 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
