1. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant application. However, he prays that a direction may be given to the Trial Court to conclude trial within two months and if the trial will not be concluded within two months, liberty may be granted in favour of the Appellant to revive the same application.

2. In view of the above submission, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial as early as possible preferably within two months.
