The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.13/2017, registered at Police Station Jainagar, District Surajpur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (d) (g) and 201/34 of IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 22.11.2017 in MCRC No.4151/2017.
